Arthritis management begins with a positive attitude. Your mind can be a great tool in fighting physical ailments. Arthritis may limit your ability to get out and stay active. Exercise is another great way to manage arthritis. Exercise can reduce the pain in your body. The movement acts like lubrication to your joints. Make sure you only exercise within your limits. Try to get as much rest as possible. When you are resting, try flexing your legs and muscles at different intervals. If you have flare-ups, prioritize your activities. You might need to cut back on some of your daily tasks if you have too much pain or swelling. If you have an ouchie day, try suspending all activities for that day.

If your symptoms persist, it may be worth consulting a chiropractor. They can make adjustments to joints that can improve movement and reduce inflammation. They can do this without the need for harmful drugs or other toxins.
